Dress design for SHABBY APPLE dresses

Spring is a time of blooming flowers with tight stems and free flowing pedals. With this as my inspiration I wanted to create something that was tight and form fitting in the mid section yet, fun and free in the shoulders up top. Using jersey silk as the preferred fabric for my design adds a dimension of flattering drapery for any figure. http://www.shabbyapple.com

Dark Purple has a slimming quality and is increasing in popularity

Emerald Green has made several appearances at red carpet events recently

Orange is said to be "THE" color for Spring 2011

Raw Couture Fashion Show last April. This was my very first fashion show! The theme for the show was "World Clique" and you had to choose a country of inspiration. Well, I have always been a big fan of Geisha girls and the movie Memoirs Of A Geisha so naturally I decided to do Japan! My models rocked the runway and I was very proud. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done but one of the most rewarding!! I will probably do the show again this April.... I'll keep you posted on my designs!
